Sauteed potato chips with sausage

Ingredients

2 potatoes

2 pieces sausage

2 green peppers

2 garlic cloves

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Method

1. Peel and slice the potatoes

 

2. Slice the sausage on the bias

 

3. Trim the green peppers, remove the seeds from the green peppers, slice the green peppers, slice the garlic cloves

 

4. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, drop the sausage in the skillet, stir until even

 

5. Drop the potato chips in the skillet, stir for 2 minutes, sprinkle salt, white sugar, soy sauce, and cumin powder in the skillet, stir until even, pour little water in the skillet, stir gently for 3 minutes, until thickened

 

6. Drop the green peppers in the skillet, stir until even

 

7. Drop the garlic in the skillet, stir until even

 

8. Serve
