Stewed beef ribs with yam

Ingredients

400 grams beef rib

1 yam stick

12 red dates

1 tablespoon wolf berry

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 piece ginger, sliced

1 tablespoon cooking wine

Method

1. Immerse the beef ribs in water for 2 hours, change the water occasionally

 

2. Drop the beef ribs in a skillet, pour some cold water in the skillet, pour cooking wine in the skillet, drop the ginger in the skillet, heat the skillet over high heat, bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes, take out the beef ribs, rinse in warm water

4. Immerse the yam in salty water for 30 minutes, take out, peel the yam, slice on the rolling, drop the yam in the stew pan, stew for 20 minutes

6. Drop the wolf berries in the stew pan, stew for 10 minutes, season with salt
