Spicy cowpea salad


250 grams cowpea

50 grams sesame butter

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chili sauce

1 teaspoon mustard oil


1. Rinse the cowpeas


2. Trim and slice the cowpeas
