Braised beef with golden needle mushrooms in tomato sauce

Ingredients

3 tomatoes

400 grams golden needle mushroom

400 grams beef, sliced

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 piece ginger, shredded

1 tablespoon minced garlic

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons cooking wine

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon sliced parsley

Method

1. Make a cross gash in the top of each tomato, put the tomatoes in the steamer to steam for 1 minute, take out, peel the tomatoes

 

2. Chop the tomatoes, trim and rinse the golden needle mushrooms

 

3. Heat a skillet over low heat, pour some vegetable oil in the skillet, pour the tomatoes in the skillet, stir for 3 minutes, until fragrant

 

4. Heat another skillet over high heat, pour the remaining vegetable oil in the skillet, drop the ginger and garlic in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

5. Pour the tomatoes in the skillet, pour some water in the skillet, bring to a boil

 

6. Drop the golden needle mushrooms and beef in the skillet, boil until well done, pour soy sauce and cooking wine in the skillet, stir until even, season with salt

 

7. Serve, top with parsley
