Apple and yam scones

Ingredients

120 grams apple

70 grams cake flour

50 grams yam flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

25 grams butter

20 grams powdered sugar

1 tablespoon milk powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons almond

1 tablespoon white sugar

Method

1. Chop the butter, drop in a large bowl

 

2. Chop the apple

 

3. Sift cake flour, yam flour, and baking powder in the large bowl

 

4. Mix until even

 

5. Pour the apple in the large bowl

 

6. Mix until even

 

7. Pour powdered sugar, milk powder, and salt in the large bowl, mix until even

 

8. Take some dough, roll into some scones

 

9. Put the scones in the baking sheet

 

10. Put some almonds on the scones, gently press the scones

 

11. Sprinkle scones with white sugar

 

12. Preheat the oven to 170 °C, put the baking sheet in the oven, bake for 30 minutes, until golden

 

13. Take out the baking sheet

 

14. Done, enjoy
