Monk fruit snow pear and silver ear mushroom soup


1 piece silver ear mushroom

3 monk fruit kernels

1 snow pear

1 large piece crystal white sugar


1. Immerse the silver ear mushroom in warm water for 1 hour, take out, trim, break into pieces


2. Pour the silver ear mushroom in a stew pan, pour some water in the stew pan, heat the stew pan over high heat, bring to a boil, turn down to low heat, stew for 1 hour


3. Peel and core the snow pear, slice into pieces


4. Drop snow pear, monk fruit kernels, and crystal white sugar in the stew pan, stew for 30 minutes
