Beef ribs and white radish soup

Ingredients

100 grams beef rib

500 grams white radish

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cooking wine

1 piece ginger, sliced

Method

1. Immerse beef ribs in water for 2 hours, frequently change the water

 

2. Drop the beef ribs in a skillet, pour some water in the skillet, drop the ginger in the skillet, pour cooking wine in the skillet, heat the skillet over high heat, bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes, take out the beef ribs, rinse, drain

 

3. Peel the white radish, roll and slice the white radish

 

4. Drop the beef ribs in a stew pan, pour some water in the stew pan, heat the stew pan over high heat, bring to a boil, turn down to low heat, stew for 80 minutes

 

5. Drop the white radish in the stew pan, stew for 40 minutes

 

6. Season with salt
