Sauteed white radish with dried small shrimps

Ingredients

2 white radishes

30 grams dried small shrimp

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons soy sauce

Method

1. Rinse the dried small shrimps

 

2. Peel and julienne the white radishes

 

3. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, drop the dried small shrimps in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

4. Drop the white radishes in the skillet, stir until softened

 

5. Season with salt, pour soy sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

6. Serve
