400 grams iron stick yam

2 teaspoons red tea

2 teaspoons barbecue sauce

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons vegetable oil


1. Trim and rinse iron stick yams, drain


2. Lay iron stick yams in the baking sheet


3. Preheat the oven to 150 °C, put the baking sheet in the oven, roast for 30 minutes


4. Take out the baking sheet


5. Heat a fry pan over low heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan


6. Put the iron stick yams in the fry pan, fry until golden brown


7. Turn over the iron stick yams, fry until golden brown


8. Pour barbecue sauce, soy sauce, salt, 1/2 of red tea, and some water in the fry pan, turn up to high heat, bring to a boil
