Deep fried pork tenderloin

Ingredients

1 piece pork tenderloin

2 eggs, beaten

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons starch

1/2 cup breadcrumb

2 cups vegetable oil

Method

1. Tenderize the pork tenderloin with a tenderizer

 

2. Drop the pork tenderloin in a bowl, pour cooking wine, salt, and ground black pepper in the bowl, mix until evenly coated, set aside for 15 minutes

 

3. Take out the pork tenderloin, sprinkle the pork tenderloin with starch, dredge the pork tenderloin in beaten eggs, until fully coated

 

4. Take the pork tenderloin into breadcrumbs, dredge until coated

 

5. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, drop the pork tenderloin in the skillet, deep fry until golden

 

6. Take out the pork tenderloin, drain, slice

 

7. Serve
