Mouthwatering chicken


1/2 chicken

1 green onion knot

1 piece ginger, sliced

2 red chilies, chopped

1 tablespoon sliced parsley

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 tablespoon chopped ginger

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon salad vinegar

1 teaspoon cooking wine

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 teaspoon roasted white sesame seed

1 tablespoon crushed roasted peanut

1 tablespoon chili oil


1. Pour some water in a stew pan, heat the stew pan over high heat, bring to a boil, drop the chicken in the stew pan, boil for 5 minutes, take out the chicken, rinse


2.
