Fried garlic chive turnovers

Ingredients

220 grams flour

2 eggs

20 grams dried small shrimp

160 grams garlic chive, sliced

40 grams vermicelli, soaked

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

5 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Pour flour in a mixing bowl, pour some boiling water in the mixing bowl, mix until even, pour some cold water in the mixing bowl, mix until even, knead, roll into a ball, cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap, set aside for 10 minutes

 

2. Heat a fry pan over medium heat, pour some vegetable oil in the fry pan, scramble the eggs, take out, set aside

 

3. Pour some vegetable oil in the fry pan, drop the dried small shrimps in the fry pan, stir until fragrant, take out, set aside

 

4. Drop the sliced garlic chive in a bowl, sprinkle little salt in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 5 minutes,, pour off the excess water from the bowl, chop the vermicelli, pour in the bowl,, pour the scrambled eggs, shrimps, salt, sesame oil, and oyster sauce in the bowl, mix until even

 

5. Take out the dough, divide the dough into some equal pieces, roll each piece into a ball, roll each ball until round and thin

 

6. Fill each thin dough with the garlic chive mixture, fold and pinch until firmed

 

7. Heat the fry pan over low heat, pour some vegetable oil in the fry pan, put the turnovers in the fry pan, fry until two sides are golden

 

8. Serve
