150 grams raw oatmeal

45 grams cake flour

30 grams walnut kernel

35 grams pumpkin seed

30 grams sunflower seed

15 grams almond

25 grams dried strawberry

25 grams dried banana

25 grams raisin

25 grams dried cranberry

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 tablespoons white sugar

2 tablespoons mizuame

2 tablespoons honey


1. Pour raw oatmeal, walnut kernels, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and almonds in a mixing bowl


2. Sift cake flour in the mixing bowl, mix until even


3. Pour vegetable oil, white sugar, mizuame, and honey in the mixing bowl, mix until even


4. Pour the mixture in the baking dish, spread until even


5. Preheat the oven to 150 °C, put the baking dish in the oven, bake for 40 minutes, take out the baking dish and stir and put in the oven every 10 minutes


6. Take out the baking dish, drop raisins, dried bananas, dried cranberries, and dried strawberries in the baking dish, mix until even
