Spiced small potatoes


800 grams small potatoes

40 grams vegetable oil

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon ground allspice

2 green onions


1. Rinse the potatoes, drop in a stew pan, pour some water in the stew pan, heat the stew pan over high heat, bring to a boil, boil for 20 minutes, take out


2. Press the potatoes gently, until slightly flat


3. Slice the green onions


4. Heat a fry pan over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, drop the potatoes in the fry pan, fry until two sides are golden, season with salt


5. Sprinkle ground allspice and chili powder in the fry pan


6. Sprinkle soy sauce in the fry pan, stir until even


7. Sprinkle green onion in the fry pan


8. Serve
