Spinach bread rolls

Ingredients

For the dough:

200 grams bread flour

75 grams spinach juice

1 egg

35 grams white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon yeast

20 grams butter

For the garnish:

2 tablespoons bread flour

Method

1. Pour all the ingredients but butter in a mixing bowl, mix until even and smooth

 

2. Pour butter in the mixing bowl, mix until even and smooth

 

3. Roll the dough until smooth and elastic

 

4. Put the dough in a warm room to rise

 

5. Rise until doubled in size

 

6. Roll gently the dough to remove air bubbles, divide the dough into 6 equal pieces, roll each piece into a ball, set aside to rest for 15 minutes

 

7. Roll out each dough into a oval

 

8. Roll up each oval from the long side, pinch until firmed

 

9. Lay all the rolls in a baking dish, set aside to rise, until doubled in size

 

10. Lay 2 paper tapes on the rolls, sprinkle the rolls with bread flour

 

11. Remove the paper tapes from the baking dish

 

12. Cover the baking dish with foil paper, preheat the oven to 160 °C, put the baking dish in the oven, bake for 20 minutes

 

13. Take out the baking dish, remove bread rolls from the baking dish, done
