Stewed pork bones with potato and carrot

Ingredients

300 grams pork bone

1 carrot

1 potato

1 piece ginger

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Cut the pork bones into small pieces, drop in a stew pan, pour some cold water in the stew pan

 

2. Heat the stew pan over high heat, bring to a boil, boil for 3 minutes, take out the pork bones, rinse, drain, pour off the water from the stew pan, rinse the stew pan

 

3. Roll and slice the carrot

 

4. Peel the potato, roll and slice the potato

 

5. Slice the ginger

 

6. Drop pork bones, carrot, potato, and ginger in the stew pan, pour some water in the stew pan, heat the stew pan over high heat, bring to a boil, turn down to low heat, stew for 2 hours

 

7. Season with chicken powder

 

8. Season with salt
