Banana filled pancakes


2 bananas

20 crusts

2 tablespoon vegetable oil


1. Drop the bananas in a bowl, mash with a spoon


2. Put some mashed banana in the center of a crust


3. Overlap the crust with another crust


4. Pinch the edge of crusts with a fork, until firmed, repeat until all done


5. Heat a fry pan over low heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, lay the pancakes in the fry pan


6. Fry until two sides are golden


7. Serve
