Sauteed pork cubes with tender pea seeds


500 grams tender pea

200 grams pork

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

1 piece ginger

2 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1 teaspoon starch

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons vegetable oil


1. Rinse and cube the pork, drop in a bowl, pour cooking wine, starch, and little salt in the bowl, mix until even, set aside


2. Remove the shell from the peas, rinse, drain, chop the ginger and garlic cloves


3. Heat a sauce pan over high heat, pour some water in the sauce pan, bring to a boil, pour the tender pea seeds in the sauce pan
