Almond financier cakes


3 egg whites

20 grams bread flour

20 grams cake flour

45 grams almond flour

20 grams honey

70 grams powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

75 grams butter

2 tablespoons almond flake


1. Sift and mix flour, almond flour, and baking powder in a bowl


2. Boil butter over low heat, until browned, turn off the heat, set aside


3. Pour egg whites in another bowl, pour powdered sugar in the bowl


4. Pour honey in the bowl


5. Mix until even and smooth


6. Pour flour mixture in the bowl, mix until even


7. Pour melted butter in the bowl, mix until even


8. Fill a pastry bag with the batter


9. Squeeze the batter in the cake pan


10. Sprinkle the batter with almond flakes


11. Preheat the oven to 180 °C, put the cake pan in the oven, bake for 12 minutes, until golden


12. Take out the cake pan, remove the financier cakes from the cake pan, done
