Sweetened bean paste filled bread rolls


For the dough:

280 grams bread flour

1 egg

140 grams milk

45 grams white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon yeast

25 grams butter

200 grams sweetened bean paste

For the garnish:

1/4 cup beaten whole egg


1. Pour all ingredients but butter in a mixing bowl, mix until even and smooth

9. Make some gashes in one side of each oval dough


10. Roll up each oval dough into a roll, pinch until firmed


11. Put the rolls in the baking pan


12. Put the baking pan in a warm room to rise, until doubled in size


13. Brush the rolls with beaten whole egg


14. Preheat the oven to 160 °C, put the baking pan in the oven, bake for 20 minutes, until golden
