Colorful chocolate doughnuts


4 eggs

100 grams cake flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

50 grams white sugar

70 grams corn oil

1/4 cup colorful chocolate

2 tablespoons sprinkle


1. Crack the eggs in a large bowl, pour white sugar in the bowl


2. Mix the eggs and white sugar, until white sugar are fully dissolved


3. Sift cake flour and baking powder in the bowl, mix until even


4. Pour corn oil in the bowl, mix until even and smooth


5. Fill a pastry bag with the batter


6. Squeeze the batter in the cake pan, until 4/5 full, gently shake the cake pan to remove air bubbles


7. Preheat the oven to 170 °C, put the cake pan in the oven, bake for 20 minutes, until golden


8. Take out the cake pan, remove doughnuts from the cake pan


9. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler


10. Dredge the doughnuts in the melted chocolate, until fully coated


11. Sprinkle the doughnuts with sprinkles


12. Done
