Braised beef slices with tomato and golden needle mushroom

Ingredients

300 grams  beef slice

200 grams golden needle mushroom

2 tomatoes

3 garlic cloves

1 piece ginger

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons tomato sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Immerse the beef slices in boiling water for 1 minutes, take out, drain, peel the tomatoes, slice, trim the golden needle mushrooms, chop the ginger and garlic cloves

 

2. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, pour ginger and garlic in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

3. Drop the tomatoes in the skillet, stir until soft and fragrant

 

4. Pour soy sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

5. Pour tomato sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

6. Season with salt

 

7. Pour some water in the skillet, bring to a boiling

 

8. Drop golden needle mushrooms in the skillet, boil for 3 minutes

 

9. Drop the beef slices in the skillet, boil for 2 minutes

 

10. Serve
