Pork floss cake roll


60 grams cake flour

5 eggs

50 grams corn oil

50 grams white sugar

50 grams milk

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

1/2 cup pork floss

2 tablespoons salad dressing


1. Crack the eggs, separate the egg white from the egg yolk in two bowls


2. Pour milk and corn oil in another bowl, mix until even and smooth


3. Sift the cake flour in the milk mixture, mix until even


4. Pour egg yolks in the bowl


5. Mix until even and smooth


6. Pour lemon juice in the egg whites, mix until foamy


7. Pour white sugar in the egg white mixture, mix until even


8. Beat the egg white mixture until fluffy


9. Pour 1/3 of egg white mixture in the egg yolk mixture, mix until even


10. Pour all egg yolk mixture back in the egg white mixture, mix until even


11. Mix until even and smooth


12. Line the baking pan with parchment paper, pour the batter in the baking pan, flatten the batter, gently shake the baking pan to remove air bubbles, sprinkle the batter with pork floss and green onion


13. Preheat the oven to 150 °C, put the baking pan in the oven, bake for 25 minutes, until golden


14. Take out the baking pan, remove the cake from the baking pan


15. Once cooled, brush the cake with salad dressing, until even


16. Roll up the cake into a roll


17. Set aside for 30 minutes


18. Slice, serve
