Beef and king oyster mushroom stir fry

Ingredients

250 grams beef

1 king oyster mushroom

1 green onion

1 piece ginger

3 garlic cloves

1 green pepper

1/2 carrot

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon starch

1 tablespoon cooking wine

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Rinse the beef, cut the beef into thin slices, put the beef slices in a bowl, pour cooking wine, starch, and some salt in the bowl, mix until even, set aside

 

2. Slice the king oyster mushroom, slice the carrot, slice the green pepper, chop the garlic cloves, chop the ginger, slice the green onion

 

3. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour some vegetable oil in the skillet, pour the beef in the skillet, stir until the color is changed

 

4. Take out the beef, set aside

 

5. Pour some vegetable oil in the skillet, pour green onion, garlic, and ginger in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

6. Drop the king oyster mushroom, carrot, and green pepper in the skillet, stir until well done

 

7. Pour the beef back in the skillet

 

8. Pour oyster sauce, soy sauce, and white sugar in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Season with salt

 

10. Sprinkle ground black pepper in the skillet, stir until even

 

11. Serve
