Egg yolk candy melts

Ingredients

2 egg yolks

1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar

1 tablespoon milk powder

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Method

1. Pour egg yolks and lemon juice in a bowl

 

2. Pour powdered sugar in the bowl

 

3. Mix until fluffy and smooth

 

4. Sift milk powder in the bowl

 

5. Mix until even and smooth

 

6. Fill a pastry bag with the batter

 

7. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper, squeeze the batter into some drops on the parchment paper

 

8. Preheat the oven to 90 °C, put the baking sheet in the oven, bake for 30 minutes, until golden and crispy

 

9. Take out the baking sheet, remove candy sheet from the parchment paper, done
