Milky pudding

Ingredients

180 grams milk

2 egg yolks

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 tablespoon cake flour

1 tablespoon milk powder

Method

1. Pour milk and white sugar in a bowl, mix until even and dissolved

 

2. Pour egg yolks in the bowl, mix until even

 

3. Sift cake flour and milk powder in the bowl, mix until even

 

4. Filter the mixture in another bowl

 

5. Pour the mixture in two custard cups

 

6. Preheat the oven to 200 °C, put the custard cups in the oven, bake for 20 minutes
