Stir fried beef with king oyster mushroom

Ingredients

250 grams beef

1 king oyster mushroom

1 piece scallion

1 piece ginger

3 garlic cloves

1/2 green pepper

1/2 carrot

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon corn starch

1 tablespoon cooking wine

3 tablespoons cooking oil

Method

1. Rinse the beef, slice the beef as thin as possible, drop the beef in a bowl, sprinkle cooking wine, corn starch, and salt in the bowl, mix until even, set aside

 

2. Slice the king oyster mushroom, slice the carrot, slice the green pepper, chop the scallion, ginger, and garlic

 

3. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour some cooking oil in the skillet, pour the beef in the skillet, stir until the color is changed

 

4. Take out the beef, set aside

 

5. Pour the remaining cooking oil in the skillet, pour the scallion, ginger, and garlic in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

6. Drop the king oyster mushroom, green pepper, and carrot in the skillet, stir until well done

 

7. Pour the beef back in the skillet

 

8. Pour oyster sauce, soy sauce, and white sugar in the skillet, mix until even

 

9. Season with salt

 

10. Sprinkle ground black pepper in the skillet, mix until even

 

11. Serve
