Caterpillar mushroom and shredded pork stir fry

Ingredients

200 grams pork

30 grams caterpillar mushroom

2 tablespoons dried black wood ear mushroom

1 piece scallion

1 piece ginger

3 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon corn starch

1/2 teaspoon salt

5 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Soak the dried black wood ear mushrooms in water for 2 hours, immerse the caterpillar mushrooms in water for 30 minutes

 

2. Shred the pork, pour the pork in a bowl, sprinkle cooking wine, corn starch, and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in the bowl, mix until even, set aside

 

3. Rinse the caterpillar mushrooms, trim and wood ear mushrooms, chop the ginger, scallion, and garlic

 

4. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, pour the ginger, scallion, and garlic in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

5. Pour the pork in the skillet, stir until the color is changed

 

6. Drop the caterpillar mushrooms and wood ear mushrooms in the skillet, stir until even

 

7. Pour oyster sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

8. Season with salt
