Toast pudding


4 toast slices

150 grams light cream

3 eggs

40 grams white sugar

2 drops vanilla extract

1 tablespoon raisin

1 tablespoon almond

1 tablespoon sunflower seed

1 tablespoon butter


1. Remove edges from the toast slices, cube the toast slices


2. Pour light cream in a large bowl


3. Crack eggs in the large bowl


4. Pour white sugar in the bowl


5. Pour vanilla extract in the bowl


6. Mix the mixture until even and smooth


7. Drop the cubed toast in the bowl, immerse until well


8. Brush a baking bowl with butter to prevent from sticking


9. Pour toast mixture in the baking bowl


10. Sprinkle the baking bowl with raisins, sunflower seeds, and almonds


11. Preheat the oven to 170 °C, put the baking bowl in the oven, bake for 30 minutes, until golden
