Baked crispy shelled milk


400 grams milk

60 grams corn starch

40 grams white sugar

1 egg

30 grams corn starch, for the coating

50 grams breadcrumb


1. Pour milk in a sauce pan


2. Pour white sugar in the sauce pan


3. Pour corn starch in the sauce pan


4. Mix until even


5. Heat the sauce pan over low medium heat, stir the mixture to prevent from sticking


6. Boil the mixture into cream


7. Pour the mixture in a square bowl, put the bowl in the refrigerator to refrigerate, until frozen


8. Take out the bowl, slice the frozen milk mixture into sticks


9. Crack the egg in a bowl, beat the egg until even


10. Dredge each stick in the corn starch, until fully coated


11. Dredge each stick in beaten egg, until coated


12. Dredge each stick in breadcrumbs, until coated


13. Put all the sticks in the baking sheet


14. Preheat the oven to 180 °C, put the baking sheet in the oven, bake for 15 minutes


15. Take out the baking sheet from the oven, done
