Sauteed aubergine and potato

Ingredients

1 aubergine

1 potato

1 green bell pepper

3 garlic cloves, chopped

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Remove seeds from the green bell pepper, slice the bell pepper, peel the potato, roll and slice the potato, roll and slice the aubergine

 

2. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour some vegetable oil in the skillet, drop the potato in the skillet

11. Sprinkle salt in the skillet

 

12. Sprinkle salt in the skillet

 

13. Sprinkle ground black pepper in the skillet

 

14. Stir until even

 

15. Serve
