Yogurt cupcakes

Ingredients

2 eggs

70 grams cake flour

30 grams yogurt

30 grams white sugar

15 grams corn oil

Method

1. Fill the cake pan with paper cups, set aside

 

2. Crack and separate egg whites and egg yolks

 

3. Pour corn oil and yogurt in a bowl, mix until even and smooth, set aside

 

4. Pour egg whites and white sugar in another bowl

 

5. Mix the white sugar mixture until stiff

 

6. Pour egg yolks in the egg whites mixture

 

7. Mix until even and smooth

 

8. Sift the cake flour in the bowl

 

9. Mix until even

 

10. Pour 1/3 of batter in the corn oil mixture, mix until even

 

11. Pour all the corn oil mixture back in the egg mixture, mix until even

 

12. Fill a pastry bag with the batter

 

13. Squeeze out the batter in the paper cups, until 4/5 full

 

14. Preheat the oven to 150 °C, put the cake pan in the oven, bake for 20 minutes

 

15. Take out the cake pan, remove the cupcakes from the cake pan, done
