Spinach and peanut salad


200 grams spinach

50 grams peanut kernel

3 garlic cloves

2 dried red chilies

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons vinegar

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon chili flakes

1 tablespoon roasted white sesame seed


1. Rinse the spinaches, chop the garlic cloves, slice the dried red chilies


2. Heat a fry pan over low heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, pour peanut kernels in the fry pan, fry until thoroughly cooked


3. Immerse the spinaches in boiling water for 1 minute, take out, rinse with cold water, drain, slice
