Honey cupcakes


4 eggs

140 grams cake flour

50 grams honey

50 grams white sugar

2 tablespoon almond

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice


1. Fill the cake pan with paper cups, set aside


2. Crack the eggs in a mixing bowl, pour honey, lemon juice, and white sugar in the bowl


3. Mix until fluffy and smooth


4. Sift cake flour in the bowl


5. Mix until even and smooth, fill a pastry bag with the batter


6. Squeeze out the batter in the paper cups, until 4/5 full


7. Shake gently the cake pan to remove air bubbles, sprinkle the batter with almonds


8. Preheat the oven to 150 °C, put the cake pan in the oven, bake for 30 minutes, until golden


9. Take out the cake pan, remove the cakes from the cake pan, done
