Apple layer cake

Ingredients

2 apples

85 grams cake flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

105 grams milk

20 grams butter

2 eggs

35 grams white sugar

2 tablespoons almond

Method

1. Melt the butter in a double boiler, set aside

 

2. Crack the eggs in a mixing bowl, pour white sugar in the mixing bowl, mix until even

 

3. Pour melted butter in the mixing bowl

 

4. Pour milk in the mixing bowl, mix until even

 

5. Sift cake flour and baking powder in the mixing bowl

 

6. Mix until even

 

7. Peel and core the apples, slice the apples

 

8. Drop the apple slices in the mixing bowl, mix until even

 

9. Line the cake pan with parchment paper

 

10. Pour the apple slices in the cake pan

 

11. Pour the remaining batter in the pan, sprinkle the batter with almonds

 

12. Preheat the oven to 170 °C, put the cake pan in the oven, bake for 40 minutes, until golden

 

13. Take out the cake pan from the oven, remove the cake from the cake pan, done
