Durian ice cream bars

Ingredients

50 grams milk

100 grams durian flesh

200 grams light cream

20 grams white sugar

Method

1. Pour the durian flesh in the food processor to process into puree

 

2. Pour light cream and white sugar in a bowl, mix until  even and smooth

 

3. Pour durian puree in the bowl

 

4. Mix until even

 

5. Put sticks in the ice cream bar molds, pour the batter in the ice cream bar molds

 

6. Put the ice cream bar molds in the freezer to freeze for a night

 

7. Take out the ice cream bar molds, remove the ice cream bars from the molds

 

8. Done, enjoy
