Braised chestnut mushroom in oyster sauce

Ingredients

300 grams chestnut mushroom

2 red chilies, chopped

2 garlic cloves, chopped

20 grams oyster sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon starch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Trim the chestnut mushrooms, immerse the chestnut mushrooms in water for 20 minutes

 

2. Rinse the mushrooms, drain

 

3. Immerse the mushrooms in boiling water for 1 minutes, take out, drain

 

4. Pour oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, starch, and some cool boiled water in a bowl, mix until even

 

5. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, pour the garlic in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

6. Drop the mushrooms in the skillet, stir for about 1 minute

 

7. Pour the mixed sauce in the skillet, bring to a boil

 

8. Boil for about 3 minutes

 

9. Pour the chilies in the skillet, stir until even, thicken the soup

 

10. Serve
