Sauteed pork cracklings with sweet potato leaves

Ingredients

400 grams sweet potato leaf

30 grams pork crackling

2 red chilies

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

2 garlic cloves

Method

1. Slice the pork cracklings, red chilies, and garlic cloves

 

2. Rinse the sweet potato leaves, slice the leaves, separate the stems from leaves

 

3. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, pour garlic and red chilies in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

4. Pour the pork cracklings in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

5. Drop the stems in the skillet, stir until well done

 

6. Drop the leaves in the skillet, stir until well done

 

7. Season with salt

 

8. Season with chicken powder

 

9. Stir until even

 

10. Serve
