Fried pork and pickled cabbage pancakes

Ingredients

200 grams bread flour

150 grams pickled cabbage

300 grams pork

30 grams carrot

2 green onions

1 piece ginger

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons sesame oil

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Pour bread flour in a large bowl, pour some boiling water in the bowl, pour some cold water in the bowl

 

2. Mix until even, knead, roll into a ball, cover the dough with plastic wrap, set aside for 30 minutes

 

3. Chop the pork, chop the ginger

 

4. Pour the pork in the food processor, process into minced pork, pour the pork in another bowl, pour oyster sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce, ground black pepper, chicken powder, and salt in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 20 minutes

 

5. Peel and chop the carrot, drop in the food processor to process into carrot puree

 

6. Rinse and slice the pickled cabbage, slice the green onions

 

7. Pour the pickled cabbage, green onions, and carrot in the pork mixture

 

8. Sprinkle sesame oil in the pork mixture

 

9. Roll the dough into a rod, divide the rod into some equal pieces, roll each piece into a ball

 

10. Roll out each dough until round and flattened, put some pork mixture on the center of each dough, fold each dough, pinch until firmed

 

11. Press each pancake until slightly flattened

 

12. Heat a fry pan over low heat, brush the fry pan with vegetable oil, put some pancakes in the fry pan

 

13. Fry the pancakes until two sides are golden

 

14. Serve
