Corned beef stir fry

Ingredients

220 grams corned beef

1 green pepper

1 carrot

1 tablespoon sliced garlic leaf

1 piece ginger, shredded

1 teaspoon chili sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Slice the corned beef

 

2. Slice the green pepper and carrot on the bias

 

3. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, drop the shredded ginger in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

4. Drop the carrot in the skillet, stir until thoroughly cooked

 

5. Drop the corned beef in the skillet, stir until even

 

6. Pour chili sauce in the skillet

 

7. Pour soy sauce in the skillet

 

8. Drop the green pepper in the skillet, stir until thoroughly cooked

 

9. Drop the garlic leaves in the skillet

 

10. Stir until even and fragrant
