Steamed yellow croaker with minced pork

Ingredients

1 yellow croaker

200 grams pork

1 piece scallion, sliced

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 piece ginger, sliced

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon starch

1 tablespoon seasoned soy sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

20 grams parsley

Method

1. Remove the guts and scales from the yellow croaker, make some gashes on the two sides, rinse, put the yellow croaker in a dish, sprinkle the yellow croaker with cooking wine

 

2. Sprinkle two sides with some ground black pepper and sliced green onions, set aside for 10 minutes

 

3. Mince the pork

 

4. Pour the pork, ginger, and scallion in a bowl, mix until even

 

5. Pour oyster sauce, seasoned soy sauce, cooking wine, ground black pepper, and starch in the bowl, mix until even

 

6. Set aside for 10 minutes

 

7. Spread the dish with the minced pork mixture

 

8. Put the fish in the dish, top with some sliced white stem of the scallion

 

9. Put the dish in the steamer to steam 12 minutes

 

10. Slice the remaining scallion and parsley

 

11. Take out the dish from the steamer, remove the scallion on the top, top with parsley and sliced scallion

 

12. Heat the vegetable oil until burning hot, pour the vegetable oil on the parsley, done
