Sauteed soybean sprouts with garlic chives

Ingredients

400 grams soybean sprout

50 grams garlic chive

1 red chili

3 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon chili sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Rinse the soybean sprouts, drain

 

2. Rinse and slice the garlic chives, slice the red chili and garlic cloves

 

3. Heat a skillet over low heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, pour the red chili and garlic in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

4. Pour chili sauce in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

5. Turn up to high heat, drop the soybean sprouts in the skillet

 

6. Stir for 2 minutes

 

7. Drop garlic chives in the skillet, stir for 3 minutes, until well done

 

8. Season with salt

 

9. Sprinkle the soybean sprouts with rice vinegar

 

10. Stir until even

 

11. Serve
