Sauteed sausage with green garlic

Ingredients

200 grams sausage

200 grams green garlic

2 red peppers

1 tablespoon seasoned soy sauce

Method

1. Rinse the sausage, put the sausage in the steamer to steam for 5 minutes

 

2. Slice the green garlic stems and leaves, slice the red peppers

 

3. Slice the sausage

 

4. Heat a skillet over medium heat, drop the sausage in the skillet, stir until oily

 

5. Drop the green garlic stems in the skillet, stir until well done

 

6. Drop the red peppers in the skillet
