Braised bream fish


1 bream fish

2 tablespoons cooking wine

1 piece ginger, shredded

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chili sauce

1 tablespoon seasoned soy sauce

1 tablespoon baked bean sauce

5 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon sliced celery

1 red pepper

1/2 teaspoon mixed spice

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons vegetable oil


1. Remove scales and guts from the bream fish, rinse, drain


2. Coat the bream fish with some cooking wine, salt, and ginger, set aside for 10 minutes


3. Pour chili sauce, baked bean sauce, mixed spice, and seasoned soy sauce in a small bowl, mix until even, chop the red pepper, slice the garlic cloves


4. Pour some water in the mixed sauce, mix until even


5. Heat a skillet over low heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, drop the bream fish in the skillet


6. Fry the bream fish until two sides are golden


7. Drop the ginger in the skillet, stir until fragrant


8. Pour cooking wine in the skillet


9. Pour the mixed sauce in the skillet, bring to a boil, sprinkle the fish with the soup in the skillet frequently, boil for about 8 minutes


10. Drop garlic in the skillet


11. Pour vinegar in the skillet


12. Pour celery and red pepper in the skillet, bring to high heat to thicken


13. Serve
