Sauteed sausage with stem mustard

Ingredients

200 gram sausage

400 gram stem mustard

2 red chilies

2 red peppers

3 garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Slice the sausage, garlic cloves, red chilies, and red peppers

 

2. Rinse and slice the stem mustard

 

3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, drop the sausage in the skillet, stir until oily

 

4. Pour the garlic and red chilies in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

5. Drop the stem mustard in the skillet, stir until thoroughly cooked

 

6. Season with salt

 

7. Pour little water in the skillet, simmer for 1 minute

 

8. Drop the red peppers in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Serve
