Sauteed mantis shrimps

Ingredients

800 grams mantis shrimp

4 red peppers

2 green peppers

3 red chilies

1/2 onion

5 garlic cloves

1 piece ginger

2 tablespoons cooking wine

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons seasoned soy sauce

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

1 teaspoon roasted white sesame seed

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Brush the mantis shrimps until clean

 

2. Rinse the mantis shrimps, drain

 

3. Dice the onion, slice the garlic cloves, red peppers, green peppers, and red chilies, chop the ginger

 

4. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour some vegetable oil in the skillet, drop the mantis shrimps in the skillet

 

5. Stir until golden, take out the mantis shrimps

 

6. Heat another skillet over medium heat, pour the remaining vegetable oil in the skillet, pour red chilies, ginger, and garlic in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

7. Drop the mantis shrimps in the skillet, stir until even

 

8. Pour onion, red peppers, and green peppers in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Pour seasoned soy sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

10. Season with salt

 

11. Pour little water in the skillet, simmer for 2 minutes

 

12. Sprinkle the sliced green onion and roasted white sesame seeds in the skillet, stir until even

 

13. Serve
