Stir fried celery cabbage with black wood ear mushroom

Ingredients

400 grams celery cabbage

20 grams dried black wood ear mushroom

1 teaspoon chopped chili sauce

5 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

Method

1. Slice the celery cabbage

 

2. Immerse the black wood ear mushrooms in water for 30 minutes, take out, rinse, drain, slice the garlic cloves

 

3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, pour garlic and chopped chili sauce in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

4. Drop celery cabbage and black wood ear mushrooms in the skillet

 

5. Stir until thoroughly cooked

 

6. Pour oyster sauce in the skillet, stir until even
