Braised yellow sea bream fish


4 yellow sea bream fish

5 garlic cloves

1 piece ginger, shredded

1 piece ginger, chopped

3 dried red chilies

1 tablespoon sliced parsley

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

1 tablespoon chili sauce

1 tablespoon baked bean sauce

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons cooking wine

1 teaspoon vinegar

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt


1. Remove guts and scales from the yellow sea bream fish, rinse, drain


2. Rub the fish with cooking wine, some ground black pepper, and ginger in a dish, set aside for 10 minutes


3. Slice the garlic cloves and dried red chilies, pour chili sauce, baked bean sauce, soy sauce, ground black pepper, and some water in a bowl, mix until even


4. Heat a skillet over medium low heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet


5. Lay the fish in the skillet


6. Fry the fish until two sides are golden


7. Drop chopped ginger, garlic, and dried red chilies in the skillet, fry until fragrant


8. Pour the mixed sauce in the skillet, turn up to high heat, bring to a boil, turn down to medium low heat, simmer for 8 minutes


9. Pour vinegar in the skillet


10. Drop sliced parsley and green onion in the skillet


11. Serve
