Braised pork tail with soybeans in yellow wine


500 grams pork tail

100 grams soybean

1 cup yellow wine

5 dried red chilies

1 scallion

1 piece ginger

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons cooking wine


1. Soak soybeans in water for 1 night, rinse the soybeans


2. Chop the pork tail, rinse, drain


3. Pour cooking wine and some water in a bowl, immerse the pork tail for 30 minutes, change the water regularly


4. Drop the pork tail in a skillet, pour some cold water in the skillet, heat the skillet over high heat, bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes


5. Slice the scallion and ginger


6. Take out the pork tail from the skillet, rinse, drain


7. Drop ginger, dried red chilies, and scallion in a stew pan


8. Drop the pork tail in the stew pan, pour yellow wine in the stew pan


9. Pour oyster sauce in the stew pan


10. Heat the stew pan over high heat, bring to a boil


11. Pour the soaked soybeans in the stew pan


12. Bring to the boil, turn down to low heat, cover the stew pan with a lid, stew for 1 hour


13. Season with salt, turn up to high heat to thicken


14. Serve
