Stewed chicken with caterpillar mushrooms and lotus seeds


750 grams chicken

30 grams dried caterpillar mushroom

2 tablespoons lotus seed

1 tablespoon wolf berry

1 piece ginger, sliced

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil


1. Chop the chicken


2. Pour some cooking wine and some water in a bowl, immerse the chicken in the bowl for 30 minutes, change the water regularly


3. Immerse the lotus seeds in water, set aside

12. Season with salt
